مهمة الإسلام ووظيفته
إن مهمة الإسلام إصلاح الفرد وسياسة المجتمع بالتعبد لله تعالى ، والدينونة له في جميع مجالات الحياة وشؤونها ، وفق نمط معين حدد الدين مساراته.
وهذه المسارات هي :
العقيدة الصحيحة الواضحة.
العبادات الصادقة.
الأخلاق الفاضلة.
التشريع والأحكام العادلة.
ولهذه المسارات أسس وأصول تقوم عليها وهي بمجموعها الدين.
هذه الأسس والأصول هي :
أسس وأصول مسار العقيدة الصحيحة الواضحة :
الإيمان بالله تعالى : ويقصد به معرفته تعالى الشاملة ، في ذاته وصفاته وأسمائه وأفعاله ، وما يجب علمه عن الله سبحانه وتعالى بحيث يكون مصدر هذا العلم هو ما جاء في كتاب الله وسنة رسوله صلي الله عليه وسلم ، كما أن الإيمان بالله يعني - كذلك – الانقياد لله ،ولزوم طاعته في كل ما يأمر به وما ينهى عنه ، مما بلغه عنه رسول الله طمعا في مرضاته سبحانه قال تعالى : " ومن أحسن دينا ممن أسلم وجهه لله وهو محسن " (النساء/125) والإيمان بالله هو المحور الذي يدور حوله كل ما جاء به الإسلام من نظم ومبادئ وقيم ، ابتداء من المعتقد إلى الكلمة إلى العمل ، إلى العبادة إلى كل ما له صلة بشؤون الحياة في المعاش والمعاد.
الإيمان بالملائكة الكرام البررة.
الإيمان بالأنبياء والرسل صلوات الله وسلامه عليهم أجمعين.
الإيمان بالكتب السماوية.
الإيمان باليوم الآخر.
الإيمان بقضاء الله وقدره.
أسس وأصول مسار العبادة الصادقة :
الكعبة المشرفة - الشهادتان :
شهادة أن لا اله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له.
شهادة أن محمدا عبده ورسوله.
2- إقام الصلاة.
3- إيتاء الزكاة.
4- صوم رمضان.
5- الحج إلى بيت الله الحرام لمن استطاع إليه سبيلا.
أسس وأصول مسار الأخلاق الفاضلة وهي :
الصبر : وهو يحمل الإنسان على الاحتمال ، وكظم الغيظ ، وإماطة الأذى ، والحلم والأناة والرفق وعدم الطيش والعجلة.
العفة : وهي تحمل الإنسان على اجتناب الرذائل والقبيح من القول والفعل ، وتحمله على الحياء وهو ركن كل خير ، وتمنعه من الفحش والبخل والكذب والغيبة والنميمة.
الشجاعة : وهي التي تحمل الإنسان على عزة النفس وإيثار معالي الأخلاق والشيم ، وعلى البذل والندي الذي هو شجاعة النفس وقوتها على إخراج المحبوب ومفارقته ، وتحمله على كظم الغيظ والحلم ، فالإنسان بقوة نفسه وشجاعتها يمسك عنانها ويكبحها بلجامها عن السطو والبطش كما قال النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم " ليس الشديد بالصرعة ، إنما الشديد من يملك نفسه عند الغضب" وهذه هي حقيقة الشجاعة ، وهي ملكة يقتدر بها على ضبط نفسه ، وإصلاح خصمه.
العدل : وهو ما يحمل الإنسان على اعتدال أخلاقه ، وتوسطه بين الإفراط والتفريط ، فيحمله على خلق الجود والسخاء الذي هو توسط بين الإمساك والتقتير ، وعلى خلق الحياء الذي هو توسط بين الذلة والقحة ، وعلى خلق الشجاعة الذي هو توسط بين الجبن والتهور ، وعلى خلق الحلم الذي هو توسط بين الغضب والمهانة ، والتوسط منشأ جميع الأخلاق الفاضلة الأربعة.
وهذه تعد أمهات الأخلاق وأصولها ، وجميع الأخلاق تعود إليها.
أسس وأصول التشريع والأحكام العادلة :
العدل في الأحكام.
المساواة أمام القانون.
الحرية.
الشورى.
إن الدين الإسلامي يرتكز على تهيئة الفرد لمواجهة تحديات عصره فهو يدعو إلـــى طلـــب العلـــم ونشره ، كما جاء في أول آية نزلت على الرسول الكريم (صلي الله عليه وسلم) "اقرأ باسم ربك الذي خلق ، خلق الإنسان من علق ، اقرأ وربك الأكرم " ( العلق/1-3 ) ، وكما قال الرسول (عليه الصلاة والسلام) : طلب العلم فريضة على كل مسلم ، والإسلام دين يدعو إلى الحوار بالعقلانية والحجة ونبذ العنف والعدوان " ادع إلى سبيل ربك بالحكمة والموعظة الحسنة " ، فهو دين مسالم يهدف إلى تحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية والتكافل بين أفراد المجتمع والعدالة الاقتصادية والتعايش مع الديانات الأخرى بحرية وأمان.
أثر الدين في المجتمع الكويتي
إن الدين بهذه المسارات والأسس والأصول الواضحة التي يقوم عليها والتي لا لبس فيها ولا غموض يترك أثرا بالغا في نفوس الناس ، وفي المجتمعات التي يوجد بها إذا ما أخذوه بصدق ، والتزموا بأحكامه ، والمجتمع الكويتي واحد من هذه المجتمعات الإسلامية التي تأثرت بالدين الإسلامي الحنيف ، فالكويتيون مسلمون بالأصالة ، وأرضهم أرض إسلامية ، وهي من حدود جزيرة العرب التي تعد المهد الأول للإسلام ، فكان طبيعيا أن يلتزموا هذا الدين الحنيف ، ويطيعوا أحكامه ويمتثلوا لعقيدته وأخلاقه ، فهم امتداد طبيعي للشعوب الإسلامية المحيطة بالكويت وقد ترك الدين الإسلامي الحنيف أثرا بالغا في نفوس الكويتيين في مجالات شتى ، منذ وجودهم على أرضهم ، وتأسيسهم لدولتهم دولة الكويت.
ويمكن تقسيم أثر الدين في المجتمع واهتمام الدولة برعايته كأساس لبناء المجتمع إلي مرحلتين هما :
ما قبل عصر النفط واستقلال الدولة :
مسجد قديم كان المجتمع الكويتي في هذه الفترة مجتمعا يتميز بالبساطة والترابط الاجتماعي ، كما كان يتميز بالتكافل والتعاون بسبب قلة عدد السكان ، وندرة الموارد المالية ، وكان تأثير الإسلام واضحا في حياتهم اليومية من أمور تنظيمية كالقضاء أو شعائرية كالحرص على إتباع التعاليم الإسلامية وبخاصة في الأشهر الفضيلة كشهر رمضان ، أو فقهية وأدبية كالندوات في المساجد ، واستضافة العلماء ، أو اجتماعية كإقامة الجمعيات والمدارس الخيرية.
ما بعد عصر النفط والاستقلال :
كان لظهور النفط في دولة الكويت وتدفقه بكميات كبيرة وإقبال الدول الصناعية الشرقية والغربية على استيراده أثر كبير في زيادة الدخل القومي ، وارتفاع الأجور ، وتدفق العمالة الوافدة بكثرة وتغيير الأنماط المعيشية.
كما أن الواقع المادي والاجتماعي الجديد فرض على دولة الكويت الانطلاق والتطوير وسرعة التغيير للتكيف مع المعطيات الجديدة واللحاق بركب الحضارة والانفتاح على العالم الجديد ومواكبة القوانين الاقتصادية والعالمية التي فرضتها هذه الظروف الجديدة.
ونتيجة لما سبق ، فقد حرصت دولة الكويت على تدعيم ثوابت الدين الإسلامي وتنظيم نشر تعاليمه السمحة على المجتمع عن طريق الخطوات التالية :
الدستور الكويتي :حرص المشرعون على تبيان أهمية ديننا الحنيف
المؤسسات الرسمية المعنية بالدين الإسلامي :
المسجد الكبير - وزارة الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية : وهي تقوم على إنشاء وإدارة المساجد ونشر الوعي الديني عن طريق إدارة الدراسات الإسلامية ودور القرآن الكريم وصناديق الوقف وإصدار المجلات الإسلامية.
بيت الزكاة : وهي مؤسسة حكومية تقوم بتنظيم فريضة الزكاة عن طريق جمعها طوعيا وتوزيعها على مستحقيها.
وزارة العدل : وهي الجهة المسؤولة عن تطبيق القوانين التي من ضمنها القوانين الإسلامية كقانون الميراث والوصية والأحوال الشخصية.
اللجنة العليا لاستكمال تطبيق الشريعة الإسلامية : وهي اللجنة التي تأسست بموجب المرسوم الأميري رقم ( 139 ) لسنة 1991م الصادر في 26 جمادي الأولي 1412هـ الموافق 2 /12/1991م ، ومهمتها تتركز في تهيئة الأجواء للعمل على استكمال تطبيق أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية ولها في سبيل ذلك دراسة جميع القوانين المعمول بها بالكويت واقتراح ما تراه بشأنها لضمان توافقها مع أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية.
المؤتمرات واللقاءات الإسلامية العالمية :
لقد كان لحضرة صاحب السمو أمير البلاد دور بارز لمدة 4 سنوات في قيادة دورة منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي الذي استضافت دولة الكويت الدورة الخامسة لها حيث يقوم المؤتمر بتناول ودراسة المشكلات والتحديات التي تواجه العالم الإسلامي وإيجاد السبل الكفيلة بحلها ، كما يحرص سموه على حضور المؤتمرات واللقاءات الإسلامية.
تأسيس اللجان الخيرية المحلية والعالمية :
من أهمها : الهيئة الخيرية الإسلامية العالمية ، وهي لجان تقوم على بذل الدعم المادي والعمل على نشر الدين الإسلامي عن طريق مشروعات تنموية واجتماعية للدول الفقيرة والمحتاجة في ربوع المعمورة.
إنشاء كلية الشريعة والدراسات الإسلامية لتدريس علوم الشريعة وأصول الدين.
إنشاء المنظمة الإسلامية للعلوم الطبية : وهي منظمة تعني بالقضايا الطبية والعلمية المعاصرة على ضوء الشريعة الإسلامية وتجمع بين العلماء والفقهاء من خلال المؤتمرات والندوات العلمية.
نشر الوعي الديني في المجتمع عن طريق :
إقامة الندوات والمحاضرات والحلقات النقاشية العلمية الهادفة لإيضاح تفاعل الدين مع التطور الحضاري والمشكلات العصرية ، والتي يتم استدعاء علماء اختصاصيين للمشاركة بها.
البرامج الدينية الإذاعية والتلفزيونية.
